We know that looking for a tradesman you can trust can be pretty stressful.
It’s usually a situation where you need help from someone you don’t know who’s a specialist in an area you’re not – and it can feel impossible to figure out how to evaluate your options and make the right decision.
Every day we fix things that have been done by unqualified, unlicensed and unethical people who have charged their customers and walked away, never to be heard from again.
Of course this is why most customers are sceptical and often treat all plumbers with disdain.
However we work really hard to make sure that we do the right thing by each of our customers in every way and take pride in what we do.
BUT we don’t expect you to just take our word for it.

We recently changed the name of the business and are in the process of rebuilding everything digital from the ground up (it’s a lot of work but we’re excited about getting it all done – any suggestions for improvement are welcome too).
We know we need to show people we’re the best choice for their residential plumbing and gas-fitting needs rather than to try to convince them with a long list of mostly meaningless things on our website because seeing is believing.
